Job summary

Cloudbreak Energy Partners in Colorado is seeking a Senior Project Developer to drive solar and solar+storage projects from site control through NTP and construction. You will spearhead permitting, site diligence, environmental services, and early design coordination while coordinating with utilities, the Cloudbreak team, and contractors.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project or construction management for large-scale energy projects and thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous work

Qualifications

• 5+ years in PM or construction mgmt of large-scale energy projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Self-directed and highly motivated.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle permitting with authorities.
• Manage permitting research, title work, planning and zoning challenges and the project management of the development cycle.
• Liaise with relevant utilities for awarded projects.
• Oversee interconnection process, budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare bid materials for applicable RFPs.
• Prepare site designs and engineering reports, internally or via contractors.
• Manage third-party contractor relationships per project scope, schedule and budget.
• Lead site owner relationships from site control to exit from a project's equity position.
