Pivot Energy is seeking a Project Developer, Built Environment, to lead solar, solar+storage, and storage projects across the US. You will drive site diligence, permitting, and interconnection while coordinating with internal teams and external contractors.

The role emphasizes navigating complex jurisdictions, strong communication, and travel to permitting authorities and sites. Denver, CO is preferred, with remote US consideration.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience in renewable energy development or comparable professional experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage permitting documents for energy/industrial facility development with local focus.
• Coordinate third-party consultants to complete diligence for a portfolio of projects.
• Attend community events to discuss solar with stakeholders and participate in policy groups.
• Manage landowner relationships, leases, and amendment of leases for solar/BESS development.
• Oversee interconnection timelines and strategies with Engineering and Grid Integration teams.
• Complete title work for project finance with the legal team.
• Represent Project Development in handoff meetings to connect sales, engineering, and project management.
