Pivot Energy is seeking a Project Developer, Built Environment, to lead development of solar, solar+storage, and energy storage projects nationwide, including rooftop, carport, ground-mount, and greenfield storage. You will manage permitting, interconnection, environmental diligence, and site diligence from receipt to transition to project delivery.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience in renewable energy development or equivalent.
• Experience developing rooftop, carport/canopy, or ground-mount projects and BESS.
• Experience with interconnection and discretionary permitting.
• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for permitting and engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and lead the creation and submission of permitting documents for energy/industrial facility development, with a focus on local permitting.
• Manage third-party consultants and contractors to complete required diligence within quality/budget/schedule expectations.
• Attend community events to discuss solar with stakeholders; participate in local policy working groups.
• Meet with landowners, manage lease terms, and amend leases for solar/BESS development.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Grid Integration teams on interconnection timelines and strategies.
• Complete title curative items for project finance requirements with the legal team.
• Represent Project Development at internal/external handoff meetings; translate requirements between teams.
• Prepare project deliverables for Pivot’s Structured Finance team for financial closings.
• Support client relationships with meeting attendance and timely updates.
• Additional duties as required by leadership.
