• Bachelor's degree or related field; relevant work experience accepted.
• At least 4 years in renewable energy, real estate, infrastructure, or project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, schedules, risks, and stage-gate requirements for 4–6 early to mid-stage projects across multiple technologies.
• Support market evaluation, greenfield development, and M&A diligence.
• Lead negotiations of real estate and related agreements across project lifecycles.
• Build development pipeline by identifying new market opportunities and commercial drivers.
• Represent the company with landowners, utilities, regulators, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive deliverables and ownership.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; escalate when needed.
