Job summary

Invenergy LLC is seeking a Senior Manager of Renewable Development to lead utility-scale solar and wind project development across the upper Midwest. You will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate landowner relations and permitting, and ensure alignment with long-term strategy.

The role requires strong leadership, portfolio management, and stakeholder engagement, with travel to project sites as needed. Hybrid schedule supports in-office collaboration and field work, with ongoing business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in renewable/clean energy.
• Ability to manage development and strategic process for wind/solar energy projects.
• Eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage wind, solar and storage development projects in the United States.
• Lead development activities across early, mid, and late stages.
• Align projects with long-term company strategy and initiatives.
• Supervise staff, consultants, and land agents as needed.
• Coordinate travel to MN, SD, ND, or IA and with landowners.
• Secure site control through leases, easements, and agreements.
