Job summary

Invenergy LLC, North America's leading private developer and operator of power infrastructure, seeks a Senior Manager of Renewable Development to oversee utility-scale solar and wind projects in the upper Midwest. The role supports hybrid work, with in-office days Mon-Thu and remote Fridays when feasible.

Responsibilities include leading development activities across project stages, securing site control and permits, coordinating landowner relations, and guiding budgeting and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 8+ years in renewable/clean energy industry.
• Ability to manage development and strategic process for wind/solar projects.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage wind, solar and storage projects within the United States.
• Lead development activities in early, mid, and/or late stages of the project.
• Align projects with long-term company strategy and initiatives.
• Manage staff, consultants, and land agents as needed.
• Travel including MN, SD, ND, or IA.
