Job summary

TerraForm Power seeks a Senior Construction Manager to lead safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery of renewable energy projects across its portfolio, including solar, wind, and battery storage systems. You will manage construction from Notice to Proceed through commissioning, ensuring alignment with project objectives and company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of construction management experience in renewable energy, power generation, utility, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing contractors, schedules, budgets, and project execution activities.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, contract administration, and project controls.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Full-time onsite position with travel home every three weeks.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and execution leadership for utility-scale solar, wind, and BESS projects.
• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality, and contractor performance across projects.
• Lead EPC contractor and vendor coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor risk, change orders, and cost performance with senior leadership updates.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across all activities.
