Job summary

TerraForm Power is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead the safe, on-time delivery of renewable energy projects across the United States, including solar, wind, and battery energy storage systems. You will oversee EPC contractors and coordinate with internal teams from mobilization through turnover to Operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of construction management experience in renewable energy, power generation, or similar Projects.
• Experience managing contractors, schedules, budgets, and project execution.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, contract administration, and project controls.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and execution leadership for utility-scale solar, wind, and BESS projects.
• Direct and oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality, and contractor performance.
• Establish construction execution priorities and drive corrective actions to meet objectives.
• Lead cross-functional coordination with Development, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and Operations.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across projects.
