Job summary

AppGate Cybersecurity, Inc. is seeking a remote Network Engineer to provide enterprise‑level support for the Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solution. You will work with customers’ IT teams to ensure deployments meet evolving cybersecurity needs and network changes.

Responsibilities include incident ownership, remote deployment troubleshooting, log analysis with Dev, and mentoring L2 engineers. A strong networking background and experience with VPNs, firewalls, and security platforms are

Qualifications

Experience configuring, supporting and managing broad and complex networks including IPv4/IPv6, VLANs, DNS/DHCP, NAT, and routing.
Hands-on with VPNs (IPsec, SSL/TLS) and MFA-based authentication in enterprise environments.
Familiarity with NGFWs and IDS/IPS across multiple vendors (Cisco, Check Point, Palo Alto, CrowdStrike, Zscaler).

Responsibilities

Own complex customer issues through resolution and advise on configuration best practices.
Facilitate software deployment in customer environments and troubleshoot remote installs.
Collaborate with Development to analyze logs and identify root causes.
Improve service reliability via root cause analysis and post mortems.
Create knowledge base articles and deliver technical presentations to customers.
