CoStar Group is seeking a Senior Zero Trust Network Access Engineer in Arlington, VA to design, deploy, and operate cloud-delivered ZTNA and SSE platforms. You will lead migrations from traditional VPNs, troubleshoot complex connectivity, and own critical services from design to production.

The role supports a large enterprise with a hybrid in-office schedule (Mon-Thu onsite, Friday optional remote). The ideal candidate has 7+ years in enterprise networking or security engineering, hands-on

Qualificações

• 7+ years in enterprise networking or security engineering.
• 3+ years hands-on with ZTNA/SSE platforms.
• Experience supporting globally distributed endpoints in a large enterprise.
• Expert knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, TLS, proxies, NAT.
• Ability to diagnose using packet captures, logs, and telemetry.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to own services from design through production.

Responsabilidades

• Design, deploy, configure, operate, and optimize ZTNA and SSE platforms.
• Lead migrations from traditional VPN and on-prem to cloud-delivered ZTNA.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex connectivity and performance issues.
• Lead cross-domain troubleshooting across endpoints, DNS, routing, proxies, and cloud services.
• Perform packet-level and session-level analysis using Wireshark, logs, and telemetry.
• Monitor platform health and proactively identify issues for remediation.
• Integrate ZTNA with identity providers and SIEM solutions.
• Own technical designs and implementation standards for ZTNA connectivity and resilience.
• Automate operational tasks using PowerShell, Python, and other tools.
