Job summary

Gallagher Bassett in New York (remote) is seeking an experienced Claims Adjuster to manage workers' compensation claims, evaluate exposures, and determine appropriate actions. You will partner with clients and claimants to deliver timely, accurate resolutions while upholding regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of workers' compensation experience, active licenses, and solid knowledge of claims software.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum of 3 years related claims experience.
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve workers' compensation claims.
• Work in partnership with our clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims management process.
• Think critically, solve problems, plan, and prioritize tasks to optimally serve clients and claimants.
