Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking an experienced Claims Adjuster with a Workers' Compensation background to join a remote-friendly team focused on timely, empathetic claims resolution. You will apply your claims-management experience to analyze exposure, plan actions, and communicate effectively with claimants and clients to reach fair outcomes.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of related claims experience and licensure in the states where claims are handled; a High School Diploma is required

• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled.
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims software.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to claimants and clients.
• Handle claims in accordance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
