Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Eight or more years of Workday technical experience.
• Deep expertise in Workday report writer including advanced and composite reports.
• Strong proficiency with calculated fields across HCM and Finance.
• Hands-on experience configuring business processes and condition rules.
• Strong understanding of Workday security framework.
• Experience with PRISM Analytics or Workday Extend.
• Familiarity with Workday tenant management and release process.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex calculated fields and reports.
• Configure and maintain business processes and condition rules.
• Develop Workday Extend applications and PRISM analytics.
• Create report-as-a-service integrations and data exports.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, and finance stakeholders.
• Document processes, security models, and configurations.
• Support tenant refreshes and release adoption.
• Mentor junior engineers and perform code reviews.
