Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Workday Integration Developer for 100% remote work in the United States. This full-time role requires 12+ years of experience and a strong background in EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and REST/SOAP APIs.

You will design, develop, and maintain integrations across payroll, finance, and HR systems, with an emphasis on reliability, security, and data quality. Collaboration with cross-functional partners and mentorship of engineers are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 12+ years of Workday integration development experience.
• Deep expertise in EIB, Workday Studio, and Core Connectors.
• Strong XSLT skills and Workday Studio orchestrations.
• Hands-on experience with Workday REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of Workday data model and tenant configuration.
• Experience with Workday security model including ISU/ISSG patterns.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Workday integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and PECI.
• Build inbound and outbound integrations connecting Workday with payroll, benefits, IT provisioning, finance, and analytics systems.
• Develop XSLT transformations within Workday Studio integrations with reusable libraries and test coverage.
• Implement integrations using Workday REST and SOAP web services.
• Design error handling, retry, and notification strategies for reliable operations.
• Maintain integration system users, ISSGs, security configurations, and tenant setup.
• Create and maintain calculated fields, custom reports, and report‑as‑a‑service integrations.
• Participate in Workday tenant refresh planning and regression testing.
