Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Windchill Java Developer for a 100% remote role in the U.S. You will work on deep Windchill customization, Java APIs, and platform extensions while coordinating with product, design, and operations.

The ideal candidate has strong Java fundamentals, Windchill internals knowledge, and a track record of delivering production-grade solutions; mentoring junior engineers and upholding performance and upgrade-friendly practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Five or more years of Java development experience, with Windchill focus.
• Experience with the Windchill Java API and customization frameworks.
• Understanding Windchill data model, lifecycle, and workflow internals.
• Strong Java OO design and performance engineering skills.
• Experience with JSP, HTML, and Windchill client-side customization.
• Hands-on experience with Type and Attribute Management (TAM).
• Strong SQL skills with Oracle or SQL Server.
• Experience supporting Windchill upgrades.
• Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.
