Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking a dedicated Claims Adjuster with a strong background in workers’ compensation. This remote role supports clients nationwide, requiring active adjuster licenses and deep knowledge of industry standards.

You will investigate and resolve complex claims while delivering empathetic, service-oriented support to claimants and clients. Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of related experience, a HS diploma (Bachelor's preferred), and strong collaboration skills to

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers' compensation claims applying analytical skills to make informed decisions.
• Work in partnership with clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims management process.
• Think critically, solve problems, plan, and prioritize tasks to optimally serve clients and claimants.
