Eagle Title is seeking a highly experienced Senior Title Processor who can independently manage a full pipeline of residential title files. The role emphasizes accuracy, speed, and complex transaction handling in a fast-paced environment.

The Senior Pre-Closing Processor will lead by example, navigate Maryland-specific title requirements, and leverage AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency and client experience. This is a full-time remote position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior-level residential title processing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Maryland title practices and requirements.
• Ability to manage high-volume, complex files independently.
• Proficiency with Qualia or similar title software preferred.
• Notary authorization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• File management from inception through closing with accuracy and ownership.
• Ensure closing-readiness and minimize post-closing corrections.
• Maintain compliance with contracts, statements, deeds, and ALTA best practices.
• Communicate proactively with agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers to manage expectations.
• Mentor and support other processors; share best practices to improve throughput.
