Job summary

ICF is looking for a Lead Substation Physical Engineer to manage high-voltage substation projects (69kV to 500kV) in a remote capacity. You will oversee design, ensuring adherence to quality standards, while mentoring junior staff.

The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering. Excellent communication and leadership skills are necessary for this role, which supports further career growth within the company.

Salary range is $119,323.00 – $202,850.00 annually, along with great employee benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in substation physical design for electric utilities.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Familiarity with substation design standards and practices.
