Job summary

SwimOutlet, part of Spiraledge, is seeking a Senior Site Merchandiser to own the merchandising experience across SwimOutlet.com. You will ensure every customer feels understood and supported through data-driven, AI-assisted merchandising across navigation, categories, and product discovery.

You will collaborate with Buying, Planning, Product, Marketing, Creative, Search, Analytics, and Technology to optimize merchandising, testing, and new product launches in a fast-paced sports retail

Qualifications

• 5+ years of e-commerce, digital merchandising, site merchandising, or closely related experience.
• Experience merchandising a large multi-brand assortment is ideal.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience partnering with Buyers or Merchants or Product teams.
• Experience with experimentation and A/B testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the merchandising of SwimOutlet.com across the customer journey, including navigation, category pages, product sorting and ranking, filters, and seasonal shops.
• Develop persona-based merchandising to address different swimmer types and buying journeys.
• Leverage AI to analyze customer behavior, trends, and product discovery to improve the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with Buying, Planning, Product, Marketing, Creative, Search, Analytics, and Technology to optimize merchandising strategies.
