Job summary

SwimOutlet, part of Spiraledge, is seeking a Senior Site Merchandiser to own SwimOutlet.com merchandising across the customer journey. You will craft intuitive experiences by aligning navigation, taxonomy, and product discovery with customer intent, seasonality, and AI-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of e-commerce, digital merchandising, site merchandising, or closely related experience.
• Experience merchandising a large multi-brand assortment.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce customer journeys.
• Experience with category merchandising, search, navigation, filters, sorting, and product discovery.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience using customer behavior and conversion data to make merchandising decisions.
• Experience partnering with Buyers or Merchants.
• Experience working closely with Product and UX teams.
• Experience with experimentation and A/B testing.
• Strong commercial instincts.
• Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the larger customer journey.
• Heavy hands-on use of modern AI tools in their professional workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own the merchandising of SwimOutlet.com across the customer journey, including navigation, category pages, product sorting, filters, cross-selling, seasonal shops, and brand shops.
• Collaborate with Buying, Planning, Product, Marketing, Creative, Search, Analytics, and Technology to build AI-forward merchandising strategies.
• Identify gaps in taxonomy, navigation, filters, and product attributes; analyze customer signals to improve discovery and conversions.
• Develop and test merchandising hypotheses, automate repetitive merchandising work, and build AI-powered workflows.
• Partner with Product and Technology on AI-powered shopping experiences and ensure a customer-centric shopping journey.
