You will partner with Buying, Planning, Product, Marketing, Creative, and Tech to build AI-powered merchandising workflows and seasonal strategies that resonate with swimmers and aquatic enthusiasts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in e-commerce or digital merchandising.
• Experience with category navigation, search, filters, and product discovery.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Familiarity with AI tools and merchandising automation.

Responsibilities

• Own SwimOutlet.com merchandising across the customer journey.
• Develop and optimize homepage, category pages, and product discovery.
• Collaborate with Buying, Planning, Product, Marketing, and Tech.
• Leverage AI to analyze behavior, trends, and assortment gaps.
• Create seasonality and event-driven merchandising strategies.
• Improve navigation, taxonomy, and product attributes for usability.
