Job summary

Capio Group is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a remote, full-time role. The candidate will help modernize client legacy systems by migrating to Salesforce, and support integration between legacy platforms and new technologies, including Java, COBOL, and mainframe ecosystems.

The role requires designing, developing, testing, and implementing integrations, data models, and system design documents while coordinating with stakeholders across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or engineering field.
• Minimum 2 years Salesforce development experience in last 10 years.
• Experience on projects with contract value of at least $250,000.
• Ability to lead project teams and coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed solution specifications and integrations with other systems.
• Document business rules and create design documents.
• Develop data models and application development artifacts.
• Lead testing efforts including unit, SIT, and E2E with proper reporting.
• Provide knowledge transfer and training materials.
