What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Remotely sell Medtronic's Surgical Innovations Portfolio products and retain end-user customers within an assigned territory
- Develop and execute a SMART Territory Sales Plan to exceed business development goals
- Master product features and present them effectively to clinical and economic stakeholders
- Build and maintain consultative relationships with clinicians and supply chain partners
- Analyze territory data using technology platforms to effectively target accounts and manage the sales pipeline
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of documented sales success or equivalent experience, preferably with tangible products
- Proven track record in B2B sales or healthcare sales
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and drive results
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare sales, specifically in medical devices or surgical sales
- Practical knowledge of sales techniques and relationship building
- Degree in biological science or business preferred
- Familiarity with technology applications such as SalesForce.com and SAP
- Experience selling complex products via phone, email, and virtual platforms
