Junior Partner Account Manager

Location: Remote: US/CA | Department: Maintenance and Sales & Marketing | Reports to: Director, Strategic Relationships

About Us

The Junior Partner Account Manager (JPAM) will play a key supporting role across our growing Partner Success team. You'll work closely with Partner Account Managers, our Director, Strategic Relationships, and internal cross-functional teams to help execute initiatives that drive revenue, improve performance, and deepen partner engagement. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants exposure to high-level partner strategy while developing a broad understanding of the payment ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

· Assist in the execution of strategic partner initiatives by coordinating across internal teams and helping ensure deliverables stay on track.

· Support forecasting and revenue modeling efforts by analyzing partner performance data, surfacing trends, and identifying areas for optimization.

· Help build and maintain partner-facing reports, internal dashboards, and data summaries to support partner reviews and business planning.

· Contribute to improving internal workflows, onboarding experiences, documentation, and partner lifecycle processes.

· Collaborate with Partner Success leadership to prioritize efforts across a fast-growing book of business and keep strategic projects moving forward.

What You Bring

· 1-3 tears of experience in account coordination, project support, or client success; payments, SaaS, or fintech preferred.

· Strong analytical and organizational skills; comfortable working with data and drawing insights.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills across both internal teams and external partners.

· Highly motivated, curious, and eager to grow into an expanded role over time.

· Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with shifting priorities and tight timelines.
