Job Title: Regional Sales Executive / Senior Executive
Location: Remote [LA] [New York] [Texas]
Job Responsibilities:
  1. Develop, implement, and oversee regional monthly and annual business plans to drive growth and profitability.
  2. Achieve regional revenue and profit targets.
  3. Manage product distribution, stock levels, and merchandising strategies to optimize market presence.
  4. Plan and coordinate regional trade shows, events, market visits, and promotional activities.
  5. Collaborate with distributors on sales orders and business plans.
  6. Identify and capitalize on regional business opportunities.
  7. Conduct competitive analysis on pricing, products, and market trends.
  8. Establish partnerships with key retail outlets, providing guidance and strategic insights.
Qualifications & Skills:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  2. 1 year for Executive level / 5+ years in sales management within F&B or FMCG.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  5. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
  6. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
