Job summary

Getlabs is hiring a Phlebotomist Senior Team Lead to oversee performance, quality, and leadership development across multiple markets. You will coach phlebotomists and shift leads, ensure adherence to Leader Standard Work, and drive regional coverage and process improvements.

The role requires 5 years of phlebotomy experience, a phlebotomy certification, and 2+ years of leadership. This is a remote position limited to the San Francisco area, with up to 40% travel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in phlebotomy or healthcare operations.
• 5 years of phlebotomy experience is required.
• Phlebotomy certification from a recognized body is required.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% for market visits.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise, coach, and develop assigned teams with regular 1:1s.
• Own regional coverage planning and capacity forecasting.
• Lead quality and performance improvement initiatives.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and development for Team Leads and phlebotomists.
• Manage regional labor costs and budget variances.
