Our client, a leading organization in the clinical research industry, is seeking a dedicated Clinical Quality Assurance Specialist to join their dynamic team. The role focuses on maintaining the Quality Management System and supporting QA training, document control, and CAPA processes.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of GCP regulations, experience with CRO audits, and strong communication skills. This is a remote-friendly contract-hire opportunity offering competitive benefits and growth

Qualifications

• Knowledge of current GCP regulations and industry standards.
• Experience working with regulatory agency audits and quality systems for CROs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to document and convey information.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications to support daily tasks and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Quality Management System and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage QA training, document control, customer complaints, and CAPA programs.
• Assist audits of clinical sites and vendors for regulatory and quality adherence.
• Support internal audits and performance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Review QA controlled documents to reflect written procedures and audits.
