Job summary

Public Consulting Group (PCG) is seeking a versatile Consultant to drive business transformation for health, education, and human services clients across the United States. You will liaise with clients, operations teams, analysts, and technical staff to design and implement technology-led process improvements that support enrollment, case management, and reporting.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, stakeholder facilitation, and targeted process optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years’ experience required.
• Master’s degree (MPA or government-focused MBA) preferred.
• Experience leading client engagements and workshops is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Plan, execute, and monitor client engagements.
• Facilitate client meetings, workshops, and requirements sessions.
• Translate business needs into system requirements and configurations.
• Manage tasks, timelines, and deliverables with supervision.
• Prepare client-facing reports and executive summaries.
