Qualifications

• Ability to document actions, collaborate with technical teams, and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor service health or support queues and prioritize requests using SLAs.
• Investigate application, data, access, integration, and user issues using diagnostics.
• Coordinate escalations and communicate status, workarounds, and resolutions.
• Maintain tickets, runbooks, and operational reports.
• Identify recurring problems and recommend permanent corrective actions.
