Mercy Health is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead design and construction of capital projects in northwest Ohio (Toledo & Springfield). You will act as owner’s representative, coordinating scope, budget, schedules, and cross‑functional teams of designers, contractors, and vendors across multiple projects.

The role requires 3–5 years' experience in healthcare or commercial real estate construction, with ASHE certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years' experience as a construction project manager within the healthcare or commercial real estate industry or for healthcare focused general contractors

Responsabilités

• Develop project scope and budget for review and approval of the Director of Design and Construction.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects across teams.
• Oversee construction progress on assigned projects to assure contract compliance with specifications and regulations.
• Identify nature, cause and potential solutions of construction issues and probable financial impact.
• Coordinate activities between affected ministry departments, designers and contractors to minimize service disruption and maintain patient care.
• Produce and maintain documentation for project financial tracking and audit trails.

Formation

Bachelor's Degree or Combination of post-secondary education and experience will be considered in lieu of degree (Required); Major: Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture

Graduate Degree; Major: Related Field (Preferred)
