Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead, direct, and coordinate for multiple complex Healthcare MSG projects, including Medical Equipment and Transition & Activation. You will drive business development and coordinate with clients, architects, and general contractors to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, risk management, and budgeting skills, with experience in client relationships and RFP responses.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field and 10 years of related experience.
Experience with budgets, contracts, and project delivery.
Strong leadership and communication for onsite and remote teams.

Responsibilities

Develop strategic project management plans outlining objectives, timelines, budgets, resources, and milestones for coordinating and implementing Healthcare MSG projects.
Oversee coordination meetings with clients, architects, and general contractors to confirm and execute project plans and schedules.
Manage project budgets and risk, pursue opportunities to grow Healthcare MSG through BD and RFP responses.
Lead risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and pricing decisions; mentor and develop teams.
