Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician licensure as required by state of residence.
• 6+ months of experience in customer service, healthcare, or call center roles.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams; able to manage basic documents and communications.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and accuracy.
• Respond to prior authorization inquiries from providers, pharmacies, members, and internal partners.
• Review and process PA requests across multiple systems with complete and accurate documentation.
