BaubleBar, based in the United States, seeks a Senior Merchandise Planner to forecast, buy and manage inventory for assortments across channels. You will lead newness and replenishment orders, upload orders and track status, partnering with Ecommerce and Sales & Licensing to optimize inventory to hit sales goals.

You will circulate clear selling and inventory recaps with action items for the broader team, review daily selling and build weekly forecasts, manage OTB, and coordinate

Qualificações

• 4-5 years of experience in Merchandise Planning in retail.
• Experience with multi-category and 500+ styles is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree required with strong analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and data-driven mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Review daily selling and build weekly forecasts for all categories.
• Submit orders for existing and new products to relevant teams.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Public Relations and Sales on inventory needs.
• Manage OTB and weekly inventory vs. sales reporting.
• Coordinate transfers for inventory between channels and dropship opportunities.
• Work with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory and reporting tools.
