BDA, LLC is a leading global Merchandise Agency seeking a Senior Merchandise Planner to drive inventory strategy and profitability across channels. You will partner with Merchandising, Operations, Distribution, Finance, and Retail Leadership to ensure optimal stock and financial performance.

The role emphasizes Open-to-Buy management, allocation, and data-driven planning to secure the right products at the right time.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Merchandise Planning, Supply Chain, Retail Management.
3+ years of experience in retail planning, merchandising, allocation, or related analytical retail function.
Knowledge of Open-to-Buy planning and inventory management.
Strong Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsabilités

Develop sales, inventory, and receipt budgets at subcategory and vendor level.
Maintain Open-to-Buy (OTB) plans and monitor sales, receipts, inventory levels and productivity against objectives.
Produce recurring sales and inventory reports; identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Collaborate with Merchandising to align inventory with product launches and promotions.
Provide post-season performance analyses and recommendations.
