BaubleBar is seeking a Merchandising Assistant to drive sales growth and inventory health through cutting-edge product development and data management. You will collaborate with the Merchandising team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities include supporting assortment strategies, managing PLM data inputs, and leading item setup reviews. The role blends on-site in Manhattan with remote work days, leveraging strong Excel-based analysis and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data and explain trends.
• Experience in constructing sales performance reports.
• Comfort with retail KPIs and reporting cadence.

Responsibilities

• Support assortment strategies and document for cross-functional teams.
• Lead cross-functional order placement with PLM data inputs and reviews.
• Collaborate with Item Setup to finalize item creation.
• Analyze selling in weekly and ad-hoc reporting cycles.
• Coordinate with Planning to track inventory delivery timelines.
• Work onsite in Manhattan up to 4 days per week, with remote days.
