Openkrill is seeking a Senior Merchandise Planner to drive inventory and demand planning across DTC, Amazon US/CA/MX, and wholesale channels. You’ll own day-to-day execution with autonomy and sound judgment in line-level planning, promotions, allocation, and inventory health.

You’ll forecast demand, translate forecasts into inventory recommendations, monitor channel health, and manage OTB data with senior stakeholders’ collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in merchandise or demand planning.
• Experience in DTC, ecommerce or fashion brands preferred.
• Ability to manage fast-paced, data-driven planning.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own and drive sales and demand forecasts for assigned category or channel.
• Analyze historical sales, trends, seasonality, and market dynamics to refine plans.
• Translate forecasts into inventory recommendations to optimize service and turnover.
• Monitor inventory health across channels and identify stockout or excess risks.
• Lead inventory allocation and coordinate with supply chain on replenishment and lead time.
• Own the monthly Open-to-Buy process and support with data prep and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and new AI-enabled planning tools.
