Job summary

Ensemble is a leading provider of technology-enabled revenue cycle management solutions for health systems, including hospitals and affiliated physician groups. This remote role supports uninsured/under-insured patients by determining Medicaid eligibility and assisting with application submissions.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in healthcare industry, interacting with patients regarding hospital financial issues.
• Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences.
• This is a remote position; however, candidates must be willing and able to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing referred uninsured/under-insured patients for program eligibility opportunities and coordinating the application process.
• Communicating with patients to obtain documents required for the application.
• Updating insurance information and ensuring timely billing or adjustment posting.
