Universal Field Services, Inc. is expanding its Title Team and seeks experienced Title Agents to join our remote operations. You will conduct land title research, review vesting and marketable title documents, and prepare certificates as part of a collaborative team.

Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, experience with assessor databases, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment while communicating effectively with supervisors and colleagues.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to interpret deeds, conveyances, plats and related title documentation.
• Familiarity with assessor databases, courthouse records and online research tools.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Search, analyze, and evaluate records on title to land.
• Pull tax cards from assessor records.
• Locate tax cards online.
• Perform onsite and/or online research for vesting and marketable title file production.
• Prepare and review chain of title and limited title certificates.
• Review certificates prepared by others.
• Collaborate effectively with all team members in the office.
