Job summary

Universal Field Services, Inc. is expanding its Title Team and seeks experienced Title Agents to join our remote operations. You will conduct land title research, review vesting and marketable title documents, and prepare certificates as part of a collaborative team.

Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, experience with assessor databases, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment while communicating effectively with supervisors and colleagues.

Universal Field Services is expanding our Title Team, and we are seeking experienced Title Agents!

SUMMARY

This position is responsible for all aspects of land title research, including but not limited to, tax card research and retrieval, onsite and online title research and reporting. Responsible for preparing and reviewing Chain of Title and Limited Title Certification, preparation of Vesting and Marketable Title files and posting the files as required by performing the essential duties described herein.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Search, analyze, and evaluate records on title to land.
• Pull tax cards from Assessor records.
• Locate tax cards online.
• Perform onsite and/or online research necessary for Vesting and/or Marketable Title file production.
• Prepare and review Chain of Title and Limited Title Certificates.
• Review Chain of Title and Limited Title Certificates prepared by others.
• Demonstrate the ability and flexibility to work cooperatively with all those assigned to the office.
• This position reports directly to the Title or Right of Way Supervisor, as assigned.
