Purple Land Management, LLC is seeking an experienced landman to lead title research and due diligence, review peers, and ensure accurate ownership calculations for both landowners and operators. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured team setting but can work independently with minimal supervision.

You will review county records, production history, and seller files, then produce client-ready reports and contracts while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining professional communication

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years' experience analyzing title opinions and researching county records to track leasehold transactions.
• AAPL membership required.
• Ability to meet daily/weekly deadlines while managing multiple tasks.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and management.
