Job summary

Hastings Insurance is seeking a Senior Integration Developer to design, build, and modernize core integrations powering our Property & Casualty systems. This role blends backend development in C# with enterprise-scale API design and microservices, supporting a move toward containerized deployments.

You will mentor teammates, participate in code reviews, and help set high standards for code quality and documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the Hastings footprint.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on backend development focused on enterprise systems integration and API design.
• Strong C# and modern .NET framework experience (e.g., .NET 8/10).
• Experience with asynchronous messaging patterns and service boundaries.
• Comfort across integration technologies and containerized deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy maintainable microservices, APIs, and integration components.
• Modernize architecture by expanding decoupled services and containerized deployments.
