Job summary

Hastings Insurance seeks a Senior Integration Developer to design, build, and modernize core integrations powering our Property & Casualty systems. You will work on backend C# developments, APIs, and microservices across the enterprise with an eye toward containerized deployments.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor peers, and shape our move toward AI-assisted development workflows while maintaining high standards for quality and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend software development focused on enterprise system integrations.
• Strong C# and modern .NET experience (.NET 8/10).
• Understanding of service boundaries, database design, and messaging patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design and build maintainable microservices, APIs, and integration components across core P&C platforms.
• Modernize architecture and expand decoupled services with containerized deployments.
• Promote AI-assisted development tools and best practices to improve productivity and code quality.
