Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in process analysis, design, and optimization, preferably remote.
• Proficiency with process modeling software (Visio, Lucidchart) and data analysis tools.
• Excellent virtual communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and map current operational processes using digital tools and documentation.
• Identify bottlenecks, waste, and opportunities for improvement in workflow efficiency.
• Design and document optimized processes, including SOPs and best practices.
• Collaborate virtually with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement changes.
• Use data analysis to measure effectiveness and identify further optimization opportunities.
• Prepare reports and present findings and recommendations to management.
