Job summary

SOLV Energy is looking for a Senior HV Project Manager who will manage HV construction projects across the United States. This remote role involves ensuring compliance with safety standards and leading project execution from development to commissioning.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years in EPC utility scale experience and possesses strong interpersonal and organizational skills. The position offers a salary range of $144,790 - $180,990, along with various benefits including health insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of EPC utility scale experience in design and/or construction of utility scale power substations.
• Licensed Professional Engineer preferred; NFPA 70e ‘Qualified Person’ preferred.
• Strong knowledge of dispatching methods, techniques, and practices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects comply with NFPA 70E, OSHA, and regulatory requirements.
• Accountable for the end-to-end delivery of complex HV projects.
• Lead internal and external coordination across various teams.
