Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior HV Project Manager to oversee HV construction operations and ensure successful project execution. This role is fully remote, allowing flexibility in work location while maintaining a focus on adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in EPC utility scale projects, along with strong leadership and communication skills. Benefits include medical, dental, and a competitive salary range of $144,790 - $180,990.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of EPC utility scale experience in design and/or construction of utility scale power substations.
• Licensed Professional Engineer, PMP certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of dispatching methods, techniques, and practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall HV construction/operation ensuring successful project execution.
• Enforce adherence to safety rules and regulations.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives across project teams.
