Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior HV Project Manager to oversee the management of HV construction and operations. This role is fully remote, requiring strong leadership in the execution of utility-scale projects nationwide. The ideal candidate should have significant EPC experience and be committed to safety and project success.

The compensation range for this position is $144,790.00 - $180,990.00, with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of EPC utility scale experience in design and/or construction of Utility scale power substations.
• Proficient knowledge in construction and operation of electrical equipment with safety training.
• Strong knowledge of dispatching methods and proactive problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects execute safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Manage project execution strategies aligned with contract scope.
• Lead coordination among engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
