SOLV Energy is hiring a Senior HV Project Manager to manage high voltage construction operations remotely. This role ensures successful project execution, adheres to safety standards, and leads project teams in delivering quality utilities.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in utility scale projects, strong communication skills, and a background in electrical safety and project management.

Competitive salary range of $144,790.00 - $180,990.00 along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of EPC utility scale experience in design and/or construction of utility scale power substations.
• Knowledge of electrical equipment installation and safety training required.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of HV construction/operation for project execution.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA 70E, OSHA, and utility standards.
• Lead project teams to achieve safety, quality, and accountability.
