Commence is seeking a Sr. Coding Implementation Engineer to lead complex healthcare data engineering and medical coding deployments for multiple clients. You will own technical implementations from data discovery to go-live, working with customer IT, revenue cycle teams, and clinical stakeholders.

Competenze

• 6+ years implementing healthcare software in provider settings.
• Direct surgical and procedural coding experience: CPT, ICD-10-CM and PCS.
• Advanced SQL and data validation query design.
• Hands-on AWS experience across S3, RDS, EC2, CloudWatch, and IAM.
• Experience with Git-based workflows and PR discipline.
• Ability to read Java and modify code under engineering review.
• Proven ability to diagnose root causes at scale.
• Detail-oriented with high accountability.
• Ability to communicate with executives and maintain client relationships.

• Serve as primary technical owner for customer implementations from data discovery to go-live.
• Lead data mapping and interface definition with IT and revenue cycle teams.
• Design and configure coding logic for complex multi-specialty programs.
• Define validation methodologies and acceptance thresholds.
• Diagnose accuracy failures across source data, ingestion, mapping, and model behavior.
• Build and maintain knowledge base, runbooks, tooling, onboarding material.
