Job summary

Jobot seeks a seasoned Habitability Defense Attorney to manage insurance defense cases in the habitability arena. You will represent clients, conduct in-depth research, draft and negotiate documents, and develop case strategies in collaboration with teammates.

Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school.
Bar exam passed and in good standing.
5+ years in insurance defense, with habitability law experience.
Proven track record managing complex cases.

Responsibilities

Represent clients in habitability law and insurance defense, including litigation.
Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies.
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to insurance defense.
Develop and implement effective case strategies with clients and team members.
Provide legal advice on habitability and defense matters.
Represent clients in court and present evidence and arguments.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and industry trends.
Collaborate with team members for comprehensive case management.
