Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Bar exam passed and in good standing.
• At least 5 years of experience in insurance defense with permanent habitability law experience.
• Proven track record of managing complex cases and favorable outcomes.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in all aspects of permanent habitability law, including litigation and dispute resolution.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents related to insurance defense.
• Develop and implement effective case strategies with clients and team members.
• Provide legal advice on permanent habitability law and insurance defense.
• Represent clients in court and present evidence and arguments.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with team members for a comprehensive case management approach.
• Contribute to the firm’s mission through active participation in meetings and initiatives.
